We fell victim to potholes on Friday the 5th of February in Mpumalanga. We phoned Outsurance and Ermina immediately made a plan for us. She was friendly and helpfull. She phoned every 10 minutes to find out if we were allright. She had to get someone from hazyview to come through to Lydenburg to come and help us because no one in Lydenburg was available. It took some time for them to get to us but she phoned around and tried her utmost best. Thank you Ermina you are the best!
